Yes, I think boredom can actually be good for us.

When we are constantly surrounded by notifications, conversations, work, and entertainment, our attention is pulled in many different directions. Boredom gives the mind some quiet space. In those moments, we can reflect, notice things we normally overlook, and sometimes come up with creative ideas. Instead of immediately reaching for our phones whenever nothing is happening, allowing ourselves to sit with boredom can help us think more deeply. So although boredom may feel uncomfortable, I think it can actually be useful because it gives our minds an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and focus on what really matters
